a. All bookings are subject to availability and are confirmed only upon receipt of full payment.
b. Payment can be made by credit/debit card, bank transfer or cash.
c. We accept no responsibility for cash sent through the post.
a) Cancellation requests must be made in writing and will only be considered valid when acknowledged by the travel agency.
b) Cancellation fees may apply and will be advised at the time of cancellation.
c) Refunds, if applicable, will be processed within 30 days of the cancellation request.
d) The travel agency reserves the right to cancel a tour or activity due to unforeseen circumstances. In such cases, a full refund will be given to the client.
a. We strongly recommend that you take out travel insurance.
b. We accept no responsibility for any losses or expenses incurred as a result of your failure to take out travel insurance.
a) The travel agency is not liable for any injury, loss, damage, delay, or inconvenience caused by any third-party services or suppliers, including airlines, hotels, transportation providers, or tour operators.
b) The travel agency is not responsible for any acts or omissions of any government authority or official, or for any events beyond its control.
c) The travel agency will not be liable for any personal injury, illness, death, loss of enjoyment, or property damage resulting from any act or omission of the client.
a. It is your responsibility to ensure that you have all necessary travel documents, such as passports and visas.
b. It is your responsibility to ensure that you comply with all health requirements, such as vaccinations.
c. We accept no responsibility for any losses or expenses incurred as a result of your failure to comply with these requirements.
a) The travel agency reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time.
b) Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on the travel agency’s website.
c) Clients are advised to check the travel agency’s website periodically for updates to the terms and conditions.
